Description

This course is designed for those with a basic manicure qualification or similar, looking to add acrylic dip to their service list, or those previously qualified in dip systems, looking to refresh their skills.

You will receive an official Gaynor Louise Nail & Beauty Academy certificate. This course is accredited for face to face training with Professional Beauty Direct allowing you to gain insurance.

home study + 3hr face – face session, 10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm monday to friday
occasional sundays available or wednesday evening 5pm – 8pm

Who is the course suitable for?

This course is designed for those with a basic manicure qualification or similar.

Pre-requisite: manicure certificate or similar

What will you learn:

This course covers:

• Health and Safety

• Anatomy and Physiology

• Client consultation and contraindications to acrylic dip 

• Natural Nail Preparation 

• Acrylic Dip Application using a resin based system and a gel dip system

• Colour, French & Glitter 

• infills and Safe removal

• Aftercare advice

no kit included, products are required to carry out the training course as listed below: 
(this course can be purchased with a kit)
Whichever brand you choose, it is important that the system (base/top/colours/lamp if required) are all one brand designed to work together and fully cure, training will not be carried out using a mixture of brands for the system. Any brand glitters, files, prep & soak off etc are fine.
240 grit Natural Nail File
White Sanding Block
100/180 grit file
Nail prep wipe/finishing wipe
Lint free nail wipes
Acetone or Conditioning soak off soloution.
Foil Removal Wraps & cotton
Full steps for your chosen system including a top coat and matching lamp if it is a gel system
Acrylic Dip colours colours x5 : white, french pink, a colour, a glitter, clear
