- Why can’t I place an order ?
Our products are for professional use only. You will need to register on our site to be able to purchase our products. Once completed please check your emails for immediate access.
- I can’t find a product on your website?
We currently stock the best selling products from the huge range available to us. If you cannot find the product you are looking for then please get in touch and we will have it available for you within a couple of working days.
- Are the colours exactly as shown on the website?
We do our very best to ensure that the web and printed images are as close to the actual colour of the product at all times. Inevitably there will be times when these won’t match 100% due to the print/reproduction process and different phone/computer screens can vary. If you are unsure please contact via email or check our social media for true to life images before ordering.
- How long will delivery take ?
We aim to ship web orders within 24 hours of receipt (unless your order is placed at a weekend). You should receive your order within 72 hours of placing your order.
- Do you offer any free delivery options ?
Yes we do ! We offer free same day delivery for orders over £30 within the local area. Please email us for a special FREE LOCAL DELIVERY code if you are within 5miles of our post code. BL9 7BA. If you are just a little outside of this radius then feel free to ask if we can extend this to you. We might just be coming your way!
Collection is always free and can be usually be arranged for day and time to suit you, including weekends.

- Do you offer credit accounts or finance options?
We offer the laybuy checkout option, giving you the availability to split your total over 6 easy payments. This is shown at checkout.
We also offer longer term finance plans for any orders & training courses over £50, please have a look at the ‘Finance’ page for more details. If you would like to go ahead then add the products you would like to order to your basket and give us a call or send us an email to set it up for you.
- An item arrived damaged or incorrect, what should I do ?
In the event of a mistake with your order a damaged product please take pictures of the issue and call or email with your invoice number and details. We will get this rectified for right away.
