This is a 2 day course, 1 day home study and 1 day face to face, designed for complete beginners to teach you the skills to carry out gel polish application and nail art glitters, foils and crystals.

Your course will go through the health & safety and all the beginner basics.

You will receive an official Gaynor Louise Nail & Beauty Academy certificate. This course is accredited with ABT allowing you to gain insurance.

How is the course delivered ?

online home study must be completed prior to your face to face training

practical day runs from 10am – 4pm

Students will work on each other in the morning, is it essential that you arrive with no product on your nails and your nails in healthy condition.

You will need a model for the afternoon, 1pm – 4pm. They must have no product on and healthy nails.

If needed, is possible for your model to only attend from 1pm – 2pm and complete nail art on swatch sticks from 2pm – 4pm.

Who is the course suitable for?

This course is designed for complete beginners with no previous experience.

• Natural Nail Preparation including shaping and cuticle work

• Gel Polish application including colour and French

• Glitter application full cover and fade, foils full cover and partial cover and application of nail crystals

• Safe removal

• Aftercare advice

• Retailing

No kit is needed to attend this course, you will be provided with products to work with on the day.

Kit options are available to purchase as well as all the individual products
